AdsDesk 服务条款
本服务条款适用于武汉得鹿网络科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）运营的 AdsDesk Google Ads 管理工具。访问或使用 AdsDesk 即表示用户同意遵守本条款。
1. 服务范围
AdsDesk 为经授权人员提供 Google Ads 账号管理、广告系列创建与管理、报告分析和关键词规划功能。具体功能可能随业务和 Google Ads API 的变化而调整。
2. 使用资格与授权
用户必须拥有授予 AdsDesk 访问相关 Google Ads 账号的合法权限，并只能在被授权范围内操作。用户不得冒用他人身份、访问无权管理的账号，或绕过任何安全与权限控制。
3. 账号与操作责任
用户应保护自己的 Google 账号和授权信息，并对其授权下发起的操作负责。涉及预算、出价、广告内容和投放设置的最终决定及合规责任由账号所有者或其授权管理者承担。
4. 合理使用
用户不得利用 AdsDesk 从事违法、欺诈、侵权、干扰服务运行或违反 Google Ads 政策、Google API 条款及适用法律的活动，也不得尝试反向工程、破坏或未经授权访问 AdsDesk。
5. 第三方服务
AdsDesk 使用 Google OAuth 和 Google Ads API。用户同时受 Google 相关服务条款与政策约束。Google 服务的可用性、接口及政策由 Google 控制。
6. 数据与隐私
我们依照 AdsDesk 隐私政策处理 Google 用户数据。用户可以随时撤销 Google OAuth 授权或提出数据删除请求。
7. 服务变更与终止
我们可能基于安全、合规、维护或业务需要变更、暂停或终止部分服务。用户违反本条款、Google 政策或适用法律时，我们可以限制或终止其访问权限。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
我们将采取合理措施维护服务，但不保证服务持续无中断或完全无错误。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对因 Google 服务变化、用户配置或未经授权使用等非由我们直接造成的损失承担责任。
9. 条款更新
我们可能更新本条款。更新内容将在本页面公布，并以页面所示的最后更新日期为准。

AdsDesk Terms of Service
These Terms apply to AdsDesk, a Google Ads management tool operated by Wuhan Delu Network Technology Co., Ltd. By accessing or using AdsDesk, you agree to these Terms.
Service and authorization
AdsDesk provides authorized users with Google Ads account management, campaign creation and management, reporting, analysis, and keyword-planning functions. You must have lawful permission to grant access to each Google Ads account and may act only within that authorization.
User responsibilities and acceptable use
You are responsible for protecting your Google account and for actions initiated under your authorization. You must not use AdsDesk for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, disruptive, or unauthorized activities, or in violation of Google Ads policies, Google API terms, or applicable law. Budget, bidding, advertising-content, and campaign-setting decisions remain the responsibility of the account owner or authorized manager.
Third-party services and privacy
AdsDesk uses Google OAuth and the Google Ads API. Google's availability, interfaces, and policies are controlled by Google. We process Google user data under the AdsDesk Privacy Policy, and users may revoke OAuth access or request deletion at any time.
Changes, termination, and liability
We may change, suspend, or terminate parts of the service for security, compliance, maintenance, or business reasons. We may restrict access for violations of these Terms, Google policies, or applicable law. We take reasonable measures to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by Google service changes, user configuration, or unauthorized use outside our direct control.
